Hospitality LED Rollout: Offers, Pilots, Award

A UAE hospitality group procured from EU lighting manufacturers with a structured offer/counter-offer flow and two A/B pilot hotels.

The client valued the evidence-based metrics (lux/kWh and guest feedback) used to justify award.

We adapted elements of PPAP to stabilise quality across series. Negotiations shifted to total cost of ownership, speeding closure with standardised specs.
